Open is for everyone—kids included.
Open is a place for all ages — there are couches, tables, and family activities in our space, childcare for the littles, and an awesome experience during the teaching time called Open Kids, where kids who want to can learn the topic of the day in a kid-friendly, open and creative environment with skilled leaders and a loving, inclusive group of kids. Children who want to stay for the whole service are welcome to, of course!
In addition, as a community of FUMC Denton, many of Open’s kids participate in Sunday school at 10 am and other children’s programming. See FUMC Denton Groups for more info.

Located just off the Denton Square, Open Worship meets in a newly renovated facility at First United Methodist Church of Denton. Look for the big porch on Sycamore Street at the corner of Locust, and you'll find Open Worship. Parking is just across the street, and community is just inside the doors.
